The class includes:
Basic studio safety, overview of tools & glass alchemy, how to pull glass for decorating, melting glass for round beads, applying dots and spots, controlling heat to leave raised elements, layered dots patterns, bubbles as elements, concepts of transparency and opacity with design, and encasing basics
Beads cycle in the kiln overnight so completed beads will either be collected by yourself the following day or alternatively Born to Bead can clean your beads and post them through to you and postage will be charged separately. On average a student will make 10 – 20 beads
Group Bookings:
If there are 3 -6 of you in a group you can book this course on a morning, afternoon or evening that would suit you best during the week and have a private session.
